Only want to keep 4-10 hens? Need a place for your purebred bantams? How about a safe spot for a hen with chicks? We build portable prefabricated chicken houses in kit form.  The kits come ready to assemble (instructions included), with a common screwdriver in 30 minutes or less. All condo models have 2 nest boxes, a roost, and a large, easy to open top door on one end. They are bottomless for easy cleanup.   Our Chicken Condos are designed for simplicity, durability and functionality.

The top of our Condos are constructed of 1/2" plywood. The frames are constructed of Douglas Fir or Spruce, with (your choice) rot proof pressure treated or Cedar bottom rails, and the rest is of hardware cloth with 1/4" plywood sides. The individual panels are constructed  with wood screws, using no nails, and the panels are then connected together by the use of machine screws in each corner. The kits include instructions and hardware. 

We now offer modular/prefabricated yard extensions for all our Condo models, which effectively doubles the yard area of the combined units. Two Condos can be attached together to make one continuous unit.  You decide how much space you need and arrange the modular units to suit your landscape. As your flock grows and as you add new breeds, your chicken condos can expand to accommodate them all!

The new Wheelbarrow Kit fastens to any Condo to enable easy portability, and may be added at any time in the future as is the case with all options. Barely lift the unit by the handles and roll the Condo to a new patch without removing the chickens!

We have also developed a new Winterizing Kit for your Condo. It is constructed of clear, reusable, vented Plexiglas plates,  to close off the open end of the Condo, capturing heat from a drop light or Dietz lantern, for complete winter time comfort and safety of your birds.

You may order Raccoon proof accessory door as an option, which allows the chickens to come and go at will.

We raise and hatch a wide variety of purebred chickens here and I could not live without them! Fantastic to ensure purebred  eggs! I keep a pair, a trio, a hen with chicks, 6-8 bantams or 4 laying hens in each one. Can't have roosters where you live? No problem. As the old saying goes, "The rooster may crow, but the hen delivers the goods." You do not need to have a rooster in order to have fresh eggs!
